A German »Leibgedinghaus« is a small and plain house for aged farmers who have handed over the farm to their heirs. Our one-story model of such a house features a masoned foundation, a plastered front and a small staircase leading up to the roofed porch and the entrance door. The model is equipped with two different types of windows: double windows and ornamental timber linings.
This building kit contains: 344 single parts in 6 colours, window foil, 1 paper mask and 1 construction instruction.
