Model of DSB six-plank open goods wagon PFB, built as PF handbraked cars and converted in 1940s to PFB.
The airpreasure brakes was introduced in Denmark during 2nd world war after the German occupation, and 399 pcs of the PF cars with handbrakes was fitted with air-preasure brakes and also approved for crossborder traffic (T-marked). During the early 60s the PF cars where old and falling apart, so DSB started disassembly the brakesystem and install on other cars.
The model includes the following features:
- Body in plastic, chassis in diecast metal
- Fully-sprung buffers
- Metal wire handrails
- Separately-added end door lock detail
- Metal spoke wheel (0,8mm flange)
- Prototypically true-scale thin sidewalls
- Etched meeal platform and ladder
