Box truck (Henschel) "Union Transport"
The reds are marching in under the banner of Union Transport
First as a box semi-trailer and then as a solo box truck: WIKING lets the Henschel cab-over-engine roll up in the colours of the Union forwarding company. The fleet operated by Union Transport was used for a wide range of transport jobs on German roads and could be trusted to deliver their cargo reliably for many decades - especially over long distances. The Henschel twin axle is a representative of the cab-over-engine era that the lorry makers from Kassel initiated in the middle of the 1950s. The original could be found at the forwarders depot in Düsseldorf.
