Airport fire engine on the cutting edge
Rosenbauers AT series is always certain to make a dramatic entrance - and is now supported on the chassis of the MAN TGM Euro 6. The foremost characteristics that distinguish this all-purpose fire engine at airports as a trusted expert with the equipment necessary to handle any emergency are the luminous red body design and luminous yellow flank sections in concert with the blue lettering. Staying true to the prototype, WIKING has furnished this model with a double hose reel mounted at the rear. In another effort to stay true to the original, WIKING has miniaturised this fire engine with great attention to every detail and imprinted element. With WIKING it all comes down to the details. That is particularly evident on fire brigade vehicles. Thus, the traditional model makers are supplementing the fire engines of the Rosenbauer AT generation with a completely new hose reel, whose prototypes are already successfully in use. The AT superstructures can therefore also be deployed as versatile rescue fire engines of the latest generation. With this up-to-the-minute fire engine, WIKING has realised the new AT series in the 1:87 scale and at the same time miniaturised the influential design of the original generation. In conformity with the large original, WIKING has designed the components such that the associated moulds can be sprayed to match the colour assignment of the assembly.
