As a follow-up model to the Fahrtec RTW, which is based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (097284) released in mid-2023, this Sprinter from the current model series includes an awning. The Städte-Region Aachen relies on a conspicuous appearance and has a large yellow-red chessboard pattern. This certainly contributes to an even better visibility in road traffic. As it is currently common for many new vehicles of larger cities, the superstructure is also "embellished" with a city silhouette on the side.
