Christmas 2022 Airbus A340-500 - "Dasher"

Twenty years ago, the first Christmas model was released by Herpa Wings. 2002 also saw the maiden flight of Airbus ultra-long-range A340-500, therefore becoming the aircraft of choice. At least for the express delivery of Christmas presents, the reindeer have had their day, as Santa mounts a rocket, much to the amazement of his four-legged friends. In return, however, the Christmas models from now on will be named. Dasher leads the way, the first reindeer named in the famous Christmas tune Rudolph the red nosed reindeer.
