Spedition Hollenhorst has existed since 1973, initially in Münster. Heinz-Josef Hollenhorst takes over the management and responsibility for the family business. In 1980, a major change of location takes place and the haulage company moves from Münster. The fleet of vehicles includes large-capacity silo trucks with a load volume of up to 56 m³, low-loaders and tarpaulin-covered vehicles for heavy haulage. This new Volvo Globetrotter tractor unit is one of the newest vehicles in the broad fleet of the Hollenhorst haulage company and the fourth Herpa model (431412, 154833 and 313476). The 3-axle (telescopic) Nooteboom teletrailer with the corresponding colour scheme is hitched up. The model appears in a limited edition.
