This A330 MRTT, called Voyager KC2 in British service, is operated by the Royal Air Force as the principal VIP transport for the British royal family, the Prime Minister, and other high-ranking government officials. Following the repaint into a more, United Kingdom-typical livery from the standard military grey in 2020, the RAF named the aircraft Vespina. It is outfitted with special communication and self-defense systems, next to being configured with 58 business-class seats and 100 standard, economy-class style seats. While being equipped for high-ranking state and government officials, the aircraft continues to serve its military purpose of air-to-air-refueling by use of its two under-wing pods, as well as transport of cargo and (military) personnel.
