This one is a true WIKING classic! This is because of the included promotion of sea fish, which serves as a remembrance of scores of models the traditional model makers adorned with a WIKING advertisement that was popular even five decades ago. The Tempo Matador box van gives off the aura of a typical WIKING product thanks to the striking lettering and the catchy logo mark it puts on display. Thanks to new WIKING moulds, the traditional model makers were able to create a 1:87 scale version with an impressive level of detail. Here, too, WIKING was able to delve into its own history, as the Tempo Matador transport model first appeared as a wire axle with high-side flatbed, then with low-side flatbed as a roll axle. And of course, the 1:50 still illuminates the WIKING story today, having once been supplied as an industrial model for the Vidal & Sohn Tempo plant in Hamburg-Harburg.

Cab with radiator grille sky blue, chassis sapphire blue, interior black with sapphire blue steering wheel. Triple-section box structure with sky blue lower part plus roof with sapphire blue upper part. Wheels sapphire blue. Cab with side rain channel and door handles painted silver. Bonnet with ornamental strips, as well as Tempo logo and Matador lettering imprinted in silver. Tail lights red, white Sea fish lettering and traditional logo on the side. Door handle on rear painted silver.
