Space miracle for transports from the central market to the Spar shop

What more can you ask for if you as a retailer wish to transport the largest possible amount of goods from the central market to your shop? Its imposing box superstructure allowed the R4 to pull off this job like no other transport passenger vehicle of its day.

The French export gained an excellent reputation as early as the sixties and served the Spar shops that were commonplace at the time. By furnishing it with a distinctive two-tone design in white and green combined with the Spar logo on the door the model makers have transformed this Renault model into a witness of the past.

The box of the 1:87 miniature can be opened at the roof of the box. This is exactly the feature that made the R4 with its transport box an all-rounder for everyday tasks. The prototype of the Fourgonnette was produced until 1967, before the Renault diamond adorning the radiator grille was moved to the right.
